ANNUAL HIGHWAY 26 CLEAN UP TOOK PLACE SATURDAY, MAY 28TH
We had 19 volunteers that showed up in rain gear on Saturday, May 28th to clean the 4 miles of Highway 26. We had two sessions and worked a total of 6 hours to pick up 60 large bags of trash. Another rewarding MHFHA event!
MHFTA has sponsored two sections of Highway 26 for over 15 years in conjuction with Adopt-a-highway ODOT.
Thank you to the following volunteers: Ken, John, Jean, Ian Ezra, Miles, Kirsten, Fred, Lynd, Art, Cathy, Dave, Paul, Jane, Kasey, David, Steve, Jim and Sheli who gave up some of their cabin time to help keep our forest clean.
MHFHA sponsors the highway clean up each Saturday or Memorial Weekend and occasionally does an October clean up also.
Join us next year!
